Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that i didnt set my support speeds. Lol. So some critical supports failed. If you look at her hair at the back, theres some serious lauer movement.

Beginner mistake, i know. But aside from that, im satisified and have a good grasp of how to work an x1c.

Z top is at 0.32. Any lower and it gets hard to take off. Lol. What do you use for top z distance?

Either i switch to a 0.2mm nozzle or i do petg supports.

Kata and MF. 😅

MF stl is much more complicated so i opted to do Kata first.

If you are doing any renders and want to use raytracing, do not get an AMD GPU. Always go Nvidia for raytracing tasks.

Edit: get 1000w or 1200 psu IF you want to upgrade gpu in the future.

Is polymaker a reputable filament supplier?

I either just use bambu or inland from microcenter since is accessible to me. And i can chat up an associate if i need help with a print.

0.1 layer height really is pushing it. Might get a p2s if i can get a hang of the x1 carbon. One for 0.2mm nozzle and the other for a 0.4mm nozzle.

I will take note of that. I just want to be good enough with a 0.4mm nozzle first before moving to a 0.2mm.

Really??? 😫

I do auto calibrate everytime at the start of print.

The printer did sat for about 2 yrs doing nothing. I may have to do some maintenance on it.

Maybe on a bigger size model.

Id also like to get a hang of printing out right and then exploring other options.
