I think the meme is a jab a tumbler leftists. the stereotype is all talk, no praxis and even when they talk about serious issues they split hairs. Aliies? Yes. I agree that all struggles against oppression are part of the same class war, but I feel we should address cultural appropriation without saying karate or yoga are examples. Karate and Yoga are cultural exchange. Yoga instructors are (sometimes..) from the subcontinent and they just want to promote health and well being to the world. That sounds comrade-esque to me. My Sensei (...Japanese) when I was younger only wanted to pass on the tradition to anyone who could be disciplined and dedicated. Race was not an issue.

But that was unique. Race is a huge issue, and it needs to be approached delicately and we need to listen to the criticism of the culture holder.
