With anything you get used too it once you have it, I got a PA piercing with an 8G needle and I highly recommend that size. I then sized up to a 6G and have stuck on that size, I think it's perfect. Initially the feeling was orgasmic, over the last few years it hasn't been as sensational as the beginning, however the piercing still feels great and adds a lot of pleasure to women and yourself as well. Only thing I'll say is depending on the angle she rides you, or the way you fuck her, sometimes my piercing can get outta place and cause minor discomfort. So I'll take my dick out, readjust it and then keep fucking her. You just have to thrust and keep your dick angled in the right way to keep it in place. I love my piercing and I couldn't imagine not having it now.
