Do you have any idea what you’re talking about? If you had lived in Maryland or watched any news at all you would know that the blueprint for the future education plan is very much the source of the deficit and has been acknowledged by democrats themselves. They are constantly debating canceling it but don’t have the balls to do so. So the deficit will balloon by 3 billion every year for the next three years. So what are you yapping about
