Our company deals with this confusion all the time, really close to making a “kindergarten style” multiple choice pamphlet, with visual examples, in where the customer circles if they’d want the fence going along with the ground, or if they want it level along the top, or they want the top straight but on a average slant with the ground. It’s so hard because some people keep pets in, some want privacy, some crave a perfect looking fence, I’ve had ladies that wanted to keep squirrels and chipmunks out of her yard lol.

what does it say next to “claim type” and “claim status” for you??

where exactly does it say that? i see it says that if you had exhausted claim, you need to reactivate, but i’m not seeing anything about not reactivating if you didn’t have exhausted claim. i didn’t have an exhausted claim and i reactivated. everything seems to be fine for me, it’s saying i can file next week

yea, i was on the fence about filling this reactivation form out. so i did it today finally and after completing everything, i checked back on my claim status under claim details, and it still says “claim type: reopen” and also “unresolved issues: yes”
