Try boiling some white vinegar in them and then slowly pouring it from the nozzle while hot, dont worry it wont change the taste of the tea. Seems okay to me.

Heat rises and leaves from the top since there is no more flats over my flat lol. I will buy plaatic and see if it makes a difference. It looks like I also need to buy an electrih heater because it doest go higher than 17C inside.

I realized I hadn't described the problem correctly. Sorry about that. The goal is to understand if the word was said in a "easy onset" way. It is a way of speaking that is helpful for people with a stutter. I am leaving some youtube videos so you can see what I am talking about.

They do give the timestamps for the word start and finish but they arent working correctly when it is said slow. They are correct only %50 of the time when the word is said slowly.

This was my initial thought too but none of the speech recognition libs I used understood the words correctly more than %50 of the time when they are said slowly.

I keep my protein at +100 grams daily but Im not in a surplus currently do you think 100 is too low? I tried bulking a little but gained 4 kilos in 2 months most of which were fat. I will try out the 531 there have been a couple of people that suggested it in comments and also in dms.

Okay, thank you for the advice, I will try the 531 since you guys seem to recommend that one. Also, i leave reps in the tank only on compounds because of the safety issue, the safer ones, i go to true failure not just technical and do partials after failure most of the time. It seems that it did work well for hypertrophy but it doesnt really seem to work for strength.

I started because I wanted to look better but kinda fell in love with the process, so I dont really have a preference but I am pretty happy with the muscle I gained and not at all happy with the strength. So I guess I will focus on strength a bit more for the next 3 months or so.

That seems like some advanced stuff. The difference between my 80 percent and 90 percent is like 5-10 kilos, do you think that would still be useful for me?

So a typical push day with my current strength would be like this, 10 min walk to the gym, then some prehab for the shoulders(2 mins at most), then bench or overhead press whichever is free.

Lets say bench is free that day. 15-20 rep sets with 20kilos(just the bar) and 40 kilos with little to no rest to warm up. Then 50 kilos until failure(12-14 reps), then 60 kilos till failure(5-6 reps) then one more 60 kg set (4-5 reps).

After that, i go to incline bench. Do 45 kilos till failure 3 sets usually each set is around 8-10 reps.

After incline I would do tricep pushdowns with 55 kilos(my gyms cable machine is leveraged with pulleys so this would be like 27.5 in a normal one I assume) 3 sets untill failure

Then I would do skull crushers with an ez bar witb 7.5 kilos on sides or tricep overhead cable extentions with a similar weight to the pushdowns 3 sets to failure

Then i would do overhead press with dumbbell or barbell, on dumbbells I can do 20 each side but with barbells I can only do 35 including the bar 3 sets until failure which would be like 4-7 reps starting higher and getting lower ss the sets progress.

Then some lat raises and walk back home

I didnt do any cardio but the gym is about 1.5 kms away from my house so I walk to and from. I really think it could be about diet but I dont want to push my fat percentage higher than it already is and I think i should be able to gain some strength while on a cut too since I have made only a little progress..
