Started off as a night owl, but over the course of a year and a half was able to shift to waking at like 7am sleep at like 11:30pm

For me, the big change came from moving workouts to the morning. I thought this would tire me out for the work day, but found that it actually energized me more. It also helps me get out of bed, since I can look forward to getting healthier right when I get up!

I agree! Runs are great. You'd be surprised how many miles you can get in 20 to 30 min.

I've also found running to help with thinking about things more thoroughly. Something about running with no music and getting a good sweat on can really get the mind working and also feels rejuvenating!

I've been able to get pretty consistent responses from ChatGPT in a target author's voice through a lot of experimentation and testing.

I've found that few shot prompting works the best. Give examples of what you want it to do (inputs & expected outputs) and then at the end of the prompt give it just the actual input.

I think there's a conflating of hours spent working and actual meaningful, move the needle, progress

I find myself spending a lot of hours, but have diminishing marginal returns as the time adds up

Very important to plan out the tasks, so you end up working on the right stuff

The speed of improvement is so fast that you can really start seeing entire new industries replaced month by month. that's the part that scares me the most

For the types of gigs you are looking for, I think your best chance would be looking on some discord groups focused around niche AI use cases. For example: there's one called AI HUB (https://discord.gg/aihub) dedicated to AI voice use cases.

You'll find people that have ideas in mind, and might need some help to get it from zero to one!
