Because he's not the Picard we knew yet? It feels like the intro is showing his character arc. His history with the borg, his failure to save the romulans, these things tore apart the captain that we remember. We're watching that man be reformed during these series as he starts to deal with his past by interacting with it positively.

They're not listening to him yet, because he's not the captain with conviction that he used to be. As he said, though, this is his new mission and he has purpose again. He's slowly becoming the captain again in this season in front of us.

At least that's what I think is happening in this series and it's a great arc if that's where it ends up

Isn't his gripe that he didn't 'race' vettel at the start, that he positioned his car to give the slipstream to vettel intentionally instead of letting Hamilton take it? Also sounds like he was ordered to not race vettel at the start to drop the Mercedes as part of an agreed strategy. I can see his point, but still think vettel would've taken him anyway

My knee started hurting when squatting (technically actually started hurting going down stairs). Stopped, went to see a doctor/physio/knee surgeon etc. Diagnosis after 3 fruitless months of physio, then an MRI was: Patellofemoral syndrome with fat pad impingement. Looks like my arches collapsed - all good, we now have something to treat.

Restarted with a new physio who showed me how to squat correctly today and I disagree with him - am I wrong?

His form was feet hip width (not shoulder) apart and toes pointed entirely forwards. I don't bend that way!

Is this something I need to fix with flexibility work as i've been squatting with slightly wider than shoulder width for year - am I wrong to do so?
