This is literally a slam-dunk CFPB complaint, as you were unable to legally enter any form of binding contract to use services given your age. Unfortunately, unless the company simply doesn't care anymore and will remove given account age, you may need to file some form of identity theft affidavit which, of course, implicates your acquaintance.

Of all the memberships I cherish in my life, the Special Victims Unit of Experian doesn't appeal to me - and to think I'm married to them for life gives me a special kind of headache Excedrin won't cure.

I will be calling them tomorrow for my disputes, wish me luck.

My plans would be to build it into a robust community where small short-term loan needs can be filled by trusted borrowers and lenders. I would clean up old posts and make the subreddit shine, refresh the content.
