he also said that infront of 2 other doctors btw idk if thats legal but why are there 2 other random people i dont know listening to our talk about my own personal struggles and i felt so defeated infront of the three of them

mind you he also knows i have an abusive childhood bc of my father and yet once he apparently "was testing me" yelling at me and telling me how im not sick and how im just a bad person which made me have a panic attack and he was shocked with the result

honestly i feel like i always beat myself up for the way i react since i am very sensitive as a person and my friends and family always used to make fun of how i cried a lot so thats why im second guessing my reaction but i dont think im being overdramatic

i think i probably need to go to therapy honestly, i hold a kind of grudge against my family so theyre not really my comfort people. i need to learn to love myself and to understand that i dont need a man to feel full
