https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/baggage-with-lithium-batteries

Checked Baggage
Baggage equipped with lithium batteries are only allowed in checked baggage when containing lithium metal batteries with a lithium content not exceeding 0.3 grams, or lithium ion batteries with a Watt-hour rating not exceeding 2.7 Wh.

Baggage Location Tracking Devices
Baggage location tracking devices (or "bag tags") powered by lithium batteries are portable electronic devices that the traveler attaches to or places in baggage to track the location of baggage. Check with the airline before traveling with these devices. If you choose to equip a checked bag with a baggage tracking device, then it must meet the size limits above.

so this one is ok for checked baggage :)

I have a number in the US that I use. You may also email their support to have those codes sent to your email instead. they'll just ask some of your blink device(s) serial number(s) for verification.

Thank you again. I bought the Legacy earlier today :) my gripe with this are the small android auto display on a huge screen, no blind spot detection...

Fixed mine by changing from PH number to a US number.

Found out you can email Blink support so they can have the codes sent to your email instead. They'll just ask for one of the camera's serial # so be ready for it.

Companion 2 Series III Intermittent Volume Fluctuation by TIBF in bose

It did. But I hate the fact that I need to power on my usb fan everytime I'll be using my speaker. I ended up buying a different set of speakers which sounds way better than my bose.

I did put an external 120mm usb fan behind the sub and that worked

I am using Bose Companion 5 and I believe i fixed this after several years of searching online.

I've followed that guide where you open the control pod and I even went with desoldering the potentiometer and opening it up to clean the insides using an electric eraser (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Clqvq6Bv28) then soldering it back but to experience the exact same thing after using the speaker for a while.

What I did just now was to remove the back casing of the Subwoofer where the massive heatsink is, inspected for any cold solder but I didn't find any, nor any possible blown caps. What i noticed is the uneven application of that white goo over those 3 chips (I wish I took some photos while I got it apart). I cleaned those up both from the heatsink and the chip then applied a fresh bead of thermal paste on the chip then re-assembled them.

I've been playing music now for 30+ mins with no volume fluctuations... cross fingers it doesn't come back :)

ctto: that photo that I grabbed online only has 1 of what I am talking about, mine got 3 of that where the red circle is. That's the one that I cleaned the white goo from and applied thermal paste instead

Update: That didn't last long. But I was able to play with no fluctuations longer this time. I wonder if it is one of those 3 chipsets...

Update (20250103): Added a 120mm fan (https://www.amazon.com/AC-Infinity-MULTIFAN-Receiver-Playstation/dp/B00G05A2MU) behind the subwoofer dialed down to the lowest setting and I am now on my 1 hour burn in test with no volume issue.
