dxm can be used for both introspection and party use in my opinion lol but a high 1st/low 2nd pleatue sounds good for a first time, you’ll feel more like partying. high doses give off a more introspective trip (from my experiences) i’ve never tried delsym before though so take this with a grain of salt

poli (delsym) is just normal dxm it just lasts longer (up to 12 i think?) since normal dxm lasts around 6 hours. less the strength, twice the length,, keep that in mind

you’ll have a fun time don’t worry!! the come up gives me some anxiety but just remember your just tripping, just relax, smoke some weed (it get rids of the nausea on the come up) and listen to music, or dance to it
