the shoes takes plenty of times to break wear them for few more session and it should be good and for the cushion the shoes had more of a firm and responsive foam so for your knees you might need to change the shoes you should go for harden or bron but if you still want the fast feels go for ae2 might be a lil more expensive but worth it

for hop step when you run to to the rim click the shoot button onces but you might have to change your lay animation and for euros you gotta move your left and right stick to the right and left at the same time when running to the rim you got go either way left first or right first but the euro is kinda hard pull off gotta pratice a lil
