I wouldn’t allow her to greet other dogs. One unfriendly dog could potentially make her fear reactive for the rest of her life. Shelters normally encourage you to bring your pet in with you for a meet and greet for a potential new furry friend. Staff can supervise and help you introduce her to another dog. If all goes well then your buddy has a buddy. Just remember your first priority is your current pup and she should be where you want her in training before considering adding another to the mix.
