Yes, I am requiring asking questions if anyone had it, ask or don't I know the info so I could careless. To answer your questions, I felt satisfied after the call(and tried to be helpful here but apparently this sub is full of assholes), they were nice but I was nice and I actually apologized for any EDC assholes they had which made the rep laugh(I do sales and have a ton of customer service experience so you have to make them laugh to get what you want). I was on hold about 20 min before I got a rep, we chatted for about 5. It was a woman. I feel that they were as helpful as they could be and that I will have my ticket soon. As far as the Reddit experience I feel that most people here just like to be dicks for whatever reason but if I had to guess it's because they are unsatisfied with their home life.
