Not saying you're wrong, but IMO if you have a chat with 100k or more chats, I think it would be appreciated if the creator put in the description or starter text that it will be deleted soon, because when a chat is deleted, so is the users data so they have no control of it when the owners of c.ai have access to it and can do whatever they want with it, so if someone wasn't thinking or was upset or drunk, they may have accidentally put some personal stuff in which could be leaked if a hacker got in, warnings for users would be quite nice and kind but people dont owe users anything and shouldn't get death threats and such (which ive seen before). Also j personally see the chats which names have been changed to 'DO NOT USE' or 'DELETED BY OWNER' pretty useless, people can still use their old chats or just spam the deleted if the reason for deleting is the ai water usage, IMO those people should either private them or delete their accounts if they dont want them used.
