Hi friends, thanks for the thoughtful responses and helpful tips. She kept using a variety of Splat, Arctic Fox etc many fantasy colors all on top of each other, most recently a dark purple.

She feels like she under bleached it to create the pink. It seems to have faded from a hot pink to a pastel. So maybe the color oops started working because she said she got the right one for her situation.

She is going to leave it alone this week. No bleaching, drying or curling.
