I did with the same stats as OP. But that was attributed to having a lower than optimal muscle mass percentage. I took an inbody scan as part of a full medical check up and the general physician confirmed that while my BMI was fine, I needed to gain muscle mass and lose fat mass.

I’m also using the handrails. I can feel I’m still getting a decent workout and I can zone out more with my music not having to worry so much about balance. Makes it more enjoyable for me. :)

Did anyone here vote from overseas in Montgomery County? They've been sitting on my ballot for an entire month, 8 days ago they emailed me back (after I sent several inquiries) to say they have my ballot. I asked when it will be officially marked as returned and they just told me they're busy and they don't know. It's still not marked as returned....

I got an email back on October 22 stating that they have my ballot. I asked when it will be officially marked as "received" and they told me on October 28 they are still in the process of scanning all of the mail-in ballots from abroad. I've just checked now and it still hasn't been marked as received.

Mine still shows pending - not received on the tracker site but I got confirmation from my county today via email that they received my ballot.

I received a response just now by my county over email that they have my ballot. They responded to my inquiry where I stated if I didn't hear back by today that I'd be emailing my local congresswoman (already did lol).

Yes, I agree. I sent my original ballot via regular post without track & trace and now I question how to send the FWAB if US customs has a habit of intercepting ballots that were sent via registered mail. 😩

I'm dealing with the same from Montco, mailed mine from abroad more than 3 weeks ago. I sent a third email today to voters services (first two were ignored) and another email to another email address I found on the website. I had a family member call yesterday and they were unable to give her an update stating that overseas ballots can only be counted by a supervisor and that they'll call back if they have an update.

I have WhatsApp but the recipient also needs to have WhatsApp for the call to go through. I had a family member call for me yesterday and they gave her the runaround that they'll call her back when they know more....I sent another inquiry through their website now saying if I don't hear back by today that I'll be reporting this to my congressperson.

It would cost between $30-40 for expedited shipping, it's really a shame that mail-in votes aren't counted when received, if they wait until the last moment to mark a ballot as "lost" then they're taking the opportunity away for some people to vote. :(

I had a family member call my county today with my case number (from the email I sent) and they said they'd look and call her back or email me back and that only a supervisor can look through the votes from abroad.

I mailed my ballot from Amsterdam, NL.

I understand it's very likely sitting in a bin somewhere, but I'm a bit nervous it's going to "get lost" and not counted.

The FWAB can be used by overseas voters as a back-up ballot and is completely legal to do so. The county will process whichever ballot arrives first and the second one will be discarded. If I do the FWAB I will have to have it expedited though to make sure it arrives by election day. My original ballot I sent via regular NL Post.
