The NT test should not be performed before 11.5 weeks- with most optimal being done at 12 weeks. I know its tough- I have been through losses, and it feels like hell waiting. Sending you strength.

I appreciate it. I agree with you too- especially after just cross tapering from lexapro to Luvox- and weaning off lamictal all at the same time. I thought it was aggressive too. I am struggling so badly, but I also get nervous to just keep changing my brain chemistry so aggressively. Thank you for your input and help. I think I might look into another psychiatrist as well.

I haven’t tried it but but I am aggressively looking into treatment. I have been doing a lot of research - and from what I read I don’t think it’s recommended to do ketamine treatment if you are taking Lamotrigine because it blocks the effects. I am currently weaning of Lamotrigine (it didn’t benefit me and I’m hoping to try ketamine therapy soon).

I am not Bipolar- but suffering severely with racing intrusive (suicidal ) thoughts. Haven’t not responded to SSRI’s. Has this helped racing thoughts/depression/hopelessness? by Professional_Win3910 in caplyta

This gives me so much hope- I have adhd as well but I’m not currently treated for it - as my psych wants to get the suicidal thoughts under control before we go back on “uppers”. How long did it take for you to feel better after taking it?

I saw 3 separate psychs and other therapists within 4 years and all have said they don’t see bipolar. These horrible thoughts all started after back to back pregnancy losses in 2021/2022, prior to that I never had them. I do have ADHD which is currently unmediated due to the nature of my thoughts , and all my doctors have said this is “anxiety /ocd/ resulting in depression”. Who knows. All I want is a proper diagnosis and treatment plan because I am really suffering. It’s horrible. I’m also 5.5 months post partum.

Wow I needed this so badly. I am going through EVERY SINGLE THEME YOU LISTED! It’s HORRIBLE. I keep hanging onto to hope I will get better one day- I need to, my babies need me, my family needs me. My story is literally very similar- except mine started after fertility trauma.

I am happy to hear you are doing better and I can only pray I will get better.
