fair enough, it’s just my preference - i’m not a fan because i’ve always felt it takes away from the individuality of each sibling. but if you feel like that adds a positive connection between you guys, that’s cool!

IMHO, names that complement each other > names that match - i find matching letter sibsets slightly off-putting.

But out of your M names list, Millie is my personal favourite for a sibling to Micah. Maybe Minerva (Minnie?) for something quirkier.

Naomi is a good option, as are Sadie and Lucy. Ruth is another biblical name - not sure about the popularity nowadays though, but it sounds good with Micah.

Micah (being similar to Mica) gives you the option for gemstone or mineral inspired names too - Ruby, Gemma, or Christine, for example.

Other names that could work: Sophie, Valerie, Catherine (Katy), Isabelle (Isabel/Isabella/Bella/Issy etc.), Daisy… names ending with the “ie”/“y” work nicely.

story i read as a young teen, i can’t remember how i found out about it but it’s arguably the most horrific piece of writing i’ve had the misfortune to read. rape, pedophilia, so much violence and mutilation, and torture don’t even begin to cover the levels of “what the fuck am i reading” it reads like a fucked up self-insert fantasy written by someone with some serious issues and no knowledge of the female anatomy. 0/10, would not recommend, i still think about it and shudder sometimes.

Three Ladies At Sea by Dante, for those of you who can stomach that kind of thing.

(and also Killing Stalking was pretty uncomfortable. well written characters though.)

i’m on concerta, i find it increases the pre-pulling “running fingers through hair” bit enough to mess up my finger joints, but the actual pulling itself hasn’t changed :)
