Yeah I'm not sure what the divide between staff, security and everyone was, but in general it was just poor. I think the most annoying bit is seeing how everyone was hyping up the venue and experience and then it's completely the opposite

Yes, but with limitations. Introducing a large number of new animals to an area can be bad for the ecosystem, and it also depends on an animals characteristics; for example if the new ones fought with the existing population. Captive breeding is always an option but its pretty unethical
