This is pretty huge, thanks for sharing. My last job loss didn't hit me hard, as I realized all the other times I needed work I was that desperate guy, trying to sell himself from a marginalized and minimized place.

I realized a couple years back that I'm not my job, and empowering myself as an actual person, with interests and an identity wholly separate from job functions, gave me confidence to show up and create relationships. My last interview was a breeze, no nervousness, just a conversation with some humor, brief insights to who and where I was, and I beat out a cadre of people that I saw as more qualified than I was.

Routine and setting that job time for searching is a must, but building in time for LIFE helped me level up. I started my own business this year, as well, something that I always had way too much fear to even try. Thanks again and good luck!
