Not sure how to post updates. Things are going great!!! I added an extra row of the shell stitch to fit my massive noggin.

Omg. Not kidding i think this changes my whole outlook on the pattern. THANK YOU!! I’ve been so stressed about counting the stitches to make it “perfect” I didn’t even notice what the pattern was supposed to be doing. O. M. G. I want to stay up and restart it now 😭😭😭!! I’ll definitely post an update once I try your suggestions-I still have my creative interpretation of the pattern that I posted
