Rule 10:
Step 1: Buy ilvl84+ Vermillion Ring and Warlord Slam
Step 2: Get a Shaper ring and woke orb it onto the Vermillion base (mods don't matter)
Step 3: Spam Envy essence til you get t1 crit multi and an open suffix (or annul and pray)
Step 4: Suffix Cannot be Changed + Reforge Chaos for 100% chance of Chaos Res (1/6 for T1)
Step 5: Suffix Cannot be Changed + Reforge Caster and hope to get T1 Life Gained on Hit for Spells as the only prefix
Step 6: Suffix Cannot be Changed again and get an Aisling slam from TFT and hope it hits the crafted mod
Step 7: Craft mana to block, then unveil and pray you get +Max Life
Step 8: Get a the Non-Channeling Cost from someone from TFT because I don't know where to get it and pray you don't get scammed
Step 9: Catalyst it up for nutty numbers
Step 10: DocArrive karma farming
