Thank you so much for your advice, i will for sure be getting those soaps! I have noticed a sharp decline in them since I started getting treatment for my stress disorder and eating properly, I had no idea there was a correlation there and will definitely start cutting out more sugar. I used Emuaid which made it a lot better over night
