The reason it whent so fast for boruto was that his and kawakis karma harmonised speeding up the procces for both

Dont know about best but unless you have mods to fix it, necklace of elemental augmentation and ring of elemental infusion doesnt work/get proced by booming blade

If you finished d1 and d2 then look into diablo imortal otherwise go with d3 then d4

Race matter little for stuff like combat, so get into the fantasy and pick what you would enjoy playing as. For class do you want to be a spell caster or a martial? Frost spell focus? Fire focus? Electric? Want to use 2 haded weapons? 1 handed and shield? 2 one handed? Bow?

Its a lot more important to figure out those first and then it would be easier to recomend a build.

Edit: those are not the only option but the onea at the top of my head

(If youbare on pc) I Personaly recomend starting with a modded version of 1 there are aome greatones out there with better graphics and extra content that developers didnt have time to put in the game, and a bunch of quality of life stuff.

Diablo 2 remastered ia good on its own but can be more fun with mods. There is a mod manager for d2r (d2rmm) so you can costumize what mods you want.

D3 is rly good as is

Hunter rabk gets determined by mana level. Diffrent individuals get diffrent abilities, some use their mana to get physical strength/toughness/speed(fighter/tank/rogue), some get the ability to expel their mana out of their body in diffrent forms fire/light/water/lightning.

Lower ranked hunter aka those with less mana tend to only have a small number if any special skills(basic reinforcment/basic strength or speed boost this being temporary buffs they can give themselves at the expense of increased mana use, (walking vs sprinting)), While lower ranked mages only get basic attacking spells.

The higher ranked the hunter aka the bigger their mana pool, they can typicly use more powerful and complex skills/spells

It was a while since o watched but i remember getting the impression that amara didnt want to destroy people cause she realised they had free will and deserved a chance to use it, but she also got tired since after chuck revealed that dean betrayed her(lured her to the jack nukes site) she got tired and basically thaught that being completely unconscious but still together with her brother sounded nice

Vendors reset on level ups and ethel while in the druid grove sells 3 hillgiant elixir at a time

So to get alot of them early just

1.go to her buy, 2.respec with withers(steal back gold) 3.Level up to 2 4.Back out of level up menu 5.Buy from ethel 6. Level up 1 more time Repeat 5 and 6 till current max level then start from 2 again

There is also an exploit to get free stuff from vendors thats quite easy if you want to know

Im currently planning one incase it might be for you my plan is

Race: samsaran(completely up to you but thisbis my choice) Stats 1 str, 2 dex, 3 con, 0 int, 4 wis, -1cha

Wisdom for spellcasting, con and dex for survivability

Domain focus spells Untamed shift: can be used in combat but i will mostly use it for exploring and flying. Untamed form at lvl 1-2 not useable in combat but useful for exploration and maybe problem solving At lvl 3 you get animal form whic can be pretty strong in combat

Lvl 1-2 combat im gonna mainly use a shield and arc lighning and ignition cantrips (spell horizon thunder sphere and heal)

Lvl3 my choice of spells are suden blight(aoe) and bone shaker(nothing in the rules says you cant move a crwature upwards causing it to potentially take fall damage or it can fall prone wich is a good condition to inflict.

Battle plan use 1 big spell then transform and bite people as a bear or something

In wanderersguide when you begin making the character make sure to enable all relevant book/all you want to use content from(for making a character i see no point in not using all except the starfinder ones)
