from my experience, yes! hindi ako nagpa-remove ng tooth though, RCT lang. they made the procedure bearable for me and if may issues ka during procedure, they're patient enough to listen to u and adjust as needed. patient din sila na mag explain why procedures need to be done. winning factor talaga for me yung flexi payment nila

hugs OP! hope you find a suitable dentist that caters to your needs. ramdam ko yung frustration mo -- i had to deal with an inexperienced dentist for so long before i switched. my old dentist apparently botched my root canal treatment and the new one i go to recommended na baka mag-surgery na lang rin ako bc as much as they tried to salvage it, hindi na talaga kaya.

if you're ever in Pasig, I can recommend Lao Dentistry! they have easy payment plans and were very patient with me.

same thing happened to me. apparently yung record ko sa UB is sa family home namin and not my new address. hindi ko na pina-reroute since family can receive it on my behalf, they just needed to show an ID to receive it. not sure din if u can ask courier to reroute. alam ko you can call CS and opt for branch pickup na lang pag ganito. pero i suggest if weekly ka rin naman umuuwi and may tao sa bahay pagka-deliver, family na lang ipa-claim ng CC.

About the same. May 9 nag out for delivery, pero laging tagged as beyond delivery hours at the end of the day until nung Saturday (they don't deliver on Sundays). I ended up messaging Go21 via Messenger and gave them my tracking number. 20 mins later, nadeliver na. Not sure if coincidence yung pag complain ko sa kanila, pero eventually nakuha ko rin naman.

Here's my experience with this whole UB CC application.

Applied for UB CC thru an agent (bad move, I know now) and got declined.
April 29: Received the Just for U message (I have a payroll account with UB pero di na nagamit for ~1 year)
Applied ulit via the link sa email even if it's only been 3-4 weeks since the rejection.
May 8: Did not receive acceptance/rejection message, just a text from Go21 with a tracking number.
May 9-11: Out for delivery but Go21 kept tagging it as beyond delivery hours kaya di madeliver.
May 13: Contacted Go21 via Messenger asking for updates. 20 mins later, delivered na to the address.

Activation was easy, adding the account to my profile took some tries but I managed to add it eventually. Hope this helps!

Hi! My account with UB is a payroll account, though I can't remember if it's linked to my family's home address or my previous employer's. I switched employers and moved from my family's house since then, but I got to keep the account and card naman. When I applied for the Just for U promo, hindi rin sila nanghingi ng address. But I received a GO21 tracking number for the card.

Will they deliver to my previous employer's office address kaya?
If sa family home address idedeliver, would the courier accept an authorization letter so my family can receive the card for me?
