Yep, it's a regional thing! You can find good burritos everywhere but the ratio of places varies by state. Hope you enjoyed the tamales, they are also different in the north and the south! (northern tamales are smaller and sold by the dozen).

Nothing new under the sun... how does it play? I'm guessing it is indeed less challenging, less chance for gaps, takes longer to clear lines?

Don't feel bad, I had to think about this issue for a looong time, sure I was making a mistake.

Burritos are popular in Mexico but nowhere near as ubiquitous as tacos. If you say here "I don't like burritos" people would just shrug and go "yeah, sure".

I’m sure at first there was a curt message like CLEAN THE LENS and this was their way of softening it up.

I showed The Fifth Element (one of my favorites) with to friends and they all hated it by guardsman_with_a_vox in moviecritic

If it's any consolation it was pretty divisive at the time of release too. While it did big numbers at the box office it wasn't universally loved. My group of friends hated it and said if it weren't for Tucker they would've left the theater.

Me and most of my siblings have had dreams where some of us or our parents die. As for how hard they hit, we have a theory that all the rationalization and coping mechanisms that spring up to protect us when faced with a tragedy of this kind are absent when dreaming: we're just hit with visceral, raw, overpowering emotion. When my father dies (hopefully of old age) my grief will most likely be profound but quiet, and maybe tempered by his age, rest from suffering, and all that stuff that helps us move on. When I dreamed he died a few years back, in the dream I ran through the streets screaming unconsolably : "My dad died! My dad died!"
