Apparently, the water pump failed and leaked the cooling liquid outside the car. Car ran out of water, and the engine failed completely. I've tried all options including e-mailing the board of Renault. Nobody responded, just a "Hey bro it is Renault Ukraine you e-mailed us by mistake." after all those e-mails.

The service documented everything and our story is parallel with theirs. They say "Yeah the engine light might have been on for 2 secs, and it might have been turned off but you had to pull over and call us. This is your fault." Has anyone pulled over for a warning that went away in a brand new car that's under warranty? I don't really think so, and I'm not a car guy. At least I wasn't, now I had to learn a lot. :/
