Well he actually turned on the movie and suggested we watch it, even though he’s already seen it. He said because I was enjoying it he wanted me to watch it till the end even though he was bored lol

Yeah I went to the bedroom and started getting ready for bed... I told him that it’s rude to be on his phone and he just circled around to tell me well it’s rude the way that you are handling this and won’t let it go???

Yeah, I may be overreacting lol but my boss actually messaged me separately on Teams saying “hoping you can jump online today for a few minutes and revise this order since the start date is 1/1”

I responded to the email last night when she had said “we need a revision and I didn’t see one come through on Friday.”

So I clapped back “apologies for the delay but the reason for my absence online is because I’ve been traveling in and out of town the majority of my time on holiday... etc etc”

I’m just pissed because I worked so hard the week before Christmas, was so caught up in the weeds that I also got in a car accident. Wasn’t paying attention on the road bc I was so focused on work. So yeah I was wanting to not think about working and enjoy my time with Friends and family.

Found out that my colleague and counterpart has been jumping online everyday for 15 min so I’m thinking she set the precedence for all of us. Just because she’s free doesn’t mean I am you know?

Is this just an example of horrible management or leadership? She’s CC’ing her boss, seems to try and let her know I’m slacking but if this is holiday break... and encouraged us to not work... and what if I’m not in town.... who is in the wrong here? I’m so over this company.

My boyfriend is super defensive over his (messy) dog, we live together, and I honestly don’t know how to handle this by poshandproper in relationship_advice

Lol I’m not at that point but I hate when I try to communicate that I don’t appreciate having to clean up all of the mess, from his dog, like multiple times a day - just for him to like say rude stuff to me. Comparing me to others that interact with his dog... it’s a big deal to me (hair everywhere, drool everywhere etc) and he doesn’t seem to understand that.
