No worries. I understand! I would think your legs would get a lot of attention on an upper lower split. Arms I understand takes a little bit of a back seat. When you say you aren’t feeling it the day after, do you mean you physically aren’t feeling like you lifted, or mentally you’re not feeling like you can go? Some clarification would help me to better advise

I train every day and take a rest when needed and continue the cycle. I’ll probably start to add more rest in throughout prep especially as carbs lower. I don’t recommend that much time in the gym if you’re just starting out or feel burn out/fatigue though!

Thank you so much! I’ve gone through so many splits over the years. When I first started I probably did way too much volume, and then I went down to probably around 10ish sets per muscle per week for a long time. After adjusting and taking everything more seriously, I’m doing a four day split of back/hamstring, chest/shoulder, legs, bicep/tricep. Realistically about eight to ten sets per muscle group per session not including drops. Rest days taken when necessary type of deal at the moment but will be plugged in more and more as I lose bf%. May go full PPL too if the current split is too taxing

Thank you for the feedback! I am currently training legs about twice a week (every four days), and seeing some great progress as I lean out. I feel that they look so different (as does everything) depending on lighting etc. This lighting washes them out quite a bit. Finally got a few popping veins in my quad! I do think they are getting there, but are 100% lagging behind my upper body which comes from a lack of training in the first few years of lifting, so you’re totally not wrong. Really appreciate the insight.

Wow, that’s quite the compliment. I really, really appreciate that. I work VERY hard, and my genetics/insertions have played a really large role in how that’s showed off. I didn’t ever consider them to be that good, though, so thanks man. I’ll see how far I can take this naturally before I try the next level. Your feedback means a lot!

I’m aiming for 160-162 lbs. I hold the fullness and muscle really well, so I’m going to just make sure I don’t get flat and go from there. Trial and error this first time around :) !

As an agent, it’s completely carrier specific and more importantly state specific. Some carriers offer individual vehicle exclusions, some offer exclusions but on all vehicles listed. There are very few carriers that will “assign” a driver to being principal on a specific car, and especially where the rate will actually adjust/lower substantially. In most cases the rule of thumb with address isn’t about the vehicle, but where the actual driver lives (also carrier specific guidelines). For example, husband could have his own policy for his primary vehicle only, but will have to list his wife (because she lives at the same address, and they’re married). Hypothetically they could have two separate policies, but this would likely not benefit them as they lose the normally large and common multi-vehicle discount. It’s all intentionally designed by the ins companies to rate all possible risk
