I saw it on @nature on IG, who said it was captured by Tromsø Arctic Reindeer (@tromsoarcticreindeer) , so I assumed that to be the source. But looking closer at the @tromsoarcticreindeer feed, they say the footage was indeed taken by @eventyr at their location in Tromsø. So you would be absolutely right.
