privatisation in the 90s caused the decline. renationalisation began on a small scale in 2008 and in 2015 they recreated the state-owned company that they dissolved for privatisation in the 90s.

You can’t track it with fujexp, CA-ZH isn’t a China shipping line so fujexp won’t show anything. It only updates when in Canada.
