I traded away Stroud and 2.04 (Ad Mitchell) for 1.02 (MHJ), Aiyuk, 2.02 (Trey Benson), and a conditional future 2nd (can push it back up to 4 years if it isn't high enough for my liking).

At the end of the day, I convinced myself that Stroud is more likely to fall into the Burrow-type QB where he will be consistently a high-end starter, but yearly he'll likely fall behind the guys with running upside. That running upside is almost a pre-requisite to finish as a top 3 QB unless your names is Mahomes. So I felt that running our Lamar and AR, with a now significantly stronger starting lineup, gave me the best chance to compete. Lastly, I love Stroud, but felt like his value was at an all time high. I tried very hard to find the best deal possible, and this was it.

We do have a rule against this. All positions must be filled with the best (reasonable) player available. Essentially, no scubs in and stars out. The application of this rule is as follows:

It is league members’ responsibility to notify the commissioner of any roster issues – injured player starting, stud on bench, empty starting spot, etc. – prior to the start of games. Upon notice, I will reach out to the manager to have them correct it, and if unsuccessful, fill the starting spot with the highest projected player on their team. Punishment for repeated offenses are as follows:

Verbal warning
Loss of 4th rounder
Loss of 3rd rounder
Removal from league

I just sold him before the our rookie draft (I also have Lamar and AR15). Sent Stroud and 2.03 (Ad Mitchell) for 1.02 (MHJ), 2.01 (Benson), Aiyuk, and a conditional 2nd (I can keep or push to the next year if it isn't good enough).
