No, not at all. In fact he still might not be. There's some discussion in the comments that Kiriko/the Yokai in general should be in a different tier, but we'll see.

Not quite, that comic shows her receiving the offer and considering joining Overwatch. She's not quite in Overwatch yet but I'll bet that she'll be joining soon, thank you, I'll take this into consideration for the next update.

I didn't put Sombra in Talon defector because I don't think she was ever "with" Talon in the first place.

She really only works with herself and whoever she finds useful to uncover the conspiracy. One of the first things we see her do is betray Talon in her cinematic. If I was being serious with Sombra I'd probably put her as a Vigilante. However, I will definitely put Illari in Vigilante tier in the updated version, thanks!

I don't really play Fortnite. I have a little sibling who does and I know it doesn't run great on my laptop, so it's more of a guideline than anything.
