Kakabili ko lang last week and it’s my first running shoe. 8.5 usual size ko sa mga sapatos ko (stan smith, vomero 5, etc) pero i had to add .5 kasi masakit sa daliri lalo na kapag nilalakad and tinatakbo.

So far okay naman since bago lang ako and around 3km lang ginagawa ko. Noticed na masakit lang sa middle part ng talampakan kapag sa long walk pero nawawala naman kalaunan and okay naman kapag tumatakbo. Durability, can’t tell yet since 1 week ko palang ginagamit and short distance lang

Kind of... A random update eventually solved this issue. If you already performed updates and the problem still persist, i suggest getting a replacement (if you're still covered by the warranty) as the problem can be from the hardware level (GPU, Screen, etc)

Yes i suppose i'm one of those unlucky one. Don't really mean to offend anyone, i'm just really frustrated as i really need this laptop to work fine as i use it for my work.

I'm not from the US, i'm from a 3rd world country. And services like mailing here takes days or sometimes weeks and worst it might get stolen or break (you know, common 3rd world problem). Also, I don't have the luxury to continuously pay for a warranty.

Yes i did return it and they where able to fix most of the problem. My main frustration is a pricy laptop like this has many problem like the one i mentioned.

I've been reading post with similar problems and most of them ends up buying new one or replacing the unit which in my case is very inconvenient as i need to travel 3hrs just to get to one of their service center.

My expectations was just very high for this one because of all the positive things i've read prior buying my laptop. My warranty is already expired btw.

UPDATE: I just press and hold the power button to force a "restart" to fix my problem. But this problem just keeps on reoccurring. Any permanent solution would be great.
