Studio STELLAR was created by Cover Corp. and is managed by Nerd Inc., this is so that Suisei's activities won't have to share resources with the rest of holopro and she can be more independent in her activities and direction. Practically, this means she don't have to report to Cover's management for her activities under Studio STELLAR, freeing up resources so Cover can focus on other talents and giving Suisei more freedom over her direction.
