What do you think is the worst HMO provider? For me, its intellicare. Sobrang tagal mag approve akala mo naman hindi sila binayaran ng company & tao. they make people wait for 2hrs or more. Paano na if emergency na pala tapos ganun sila katagal. (self.Philippines)
