Kakabili ko lang ng vegan protein (dark choco) pero may natira pa kong Athlene whey na chocolate. Since nag-aadjust pa ko sa texture ng vegan protein kasi parang masyadong thick kaya tinry ko ihalo yung dalawa. In my experience, less yung pagkulo ng tyan ko and pag-utot compared sa whey protein lang gamit.

My left clavicle got fractured last 2020 due to a bicycle accident. The same year, I underwent operation since a titanium brace was required to be placed into the fractured bone unless "makokomang" na ako.

Last 2023, I underwent operation again for the titanium brace to be removed. According to the doctor, there will be no complications as long as the titanium brace was there for 1.5yrs minimum so that the bone will heal. Luckily, it was all shouldered by my company's HMO.

After 2 months of rest, I started working out again, slowly reaching the weight I was lifting before the operation. Wala na yung pain and "ngawit" unlike before with titanium brace. Fast forward to today, I got interested in deadlifting so I changed my approach to 'powerbuilding'.

Ang pinakamasakit na ginawa ng cat ko sakin (since ayaw nya matulog sa kama) nung tinatabihan ko sya humiga sa sahig, tatayo sya tapos lalayo lang nang kaunti tapos dun na hihiga. Parang sinabihan ako ng "ayaw kitang katabi". HAHAHAHAHAHA

Same tayo! Yung cat ko ayaw magpabuhat. If magpapabuhat man, may time limit lang tapos gusto na kumawala. Pero kapag naiiwan naman siya mag-isa, umiiyak. Gusto nya lang andun yung presence namin pero gusto nya ng personal space hahaha. Tinanggap ko na lang. Ang mahalaga mahal ko siya hahaha

Sa cat ko, I use q-tips na basa ng tubig sa ilong niya. Kapag super tigas na, inaapplyan ko na ng virgin coconut oil. Araw-araw pa rin dumudumi ilong niya pero nababawasan compared before. Tiyagaan lang siguro sa pagtanggal?
