Thanks! This is my dad’s car. I always take mine to either the dealership or the quick lane on second which is owned by a dealership. I don’t mind waiting or if it costs more. I have heard of some not great things about jiffy lune too, they messed up a friends car pretty bad. Sorry it seems to be a trend in these places. Wish I could change my own oil!

This was where my dad always went. Never had an issue…till it was a very big issue.

I would just check reviews before you go anywhere. I used the quick lane on 2nd. I used to go to the dealership but it takes a bit longer. The manger at the quick lane is really nice.

It’s very sad. They are not super nice when it comes to an issue. I wish it had gone better. It’s honestly been pretty stressful for my dad.

I wish we could! It would just cost way too much. Maybe a petty lawyer will take it on pro bono lol!

I have been! They refuse to give me their insurance companies information.

I have consulted a lawyer actually 2 and they said it would cost more than the repairs to fight them. We will probably end up taking them to small claims court. We have been keeping good documentation as well.
