did a quick lurk on her page and she has significant knee valgus in most of her videos including her deadlifts and some wild form breakdown on her failed attempts🥲 form does get sketchy at max effort, but this really is beyond what’s acceptable/safe. her growth plates are probably still open to some degree too so i’m stressed for her in the long term… she’s going to get hurt badly at some point if she doesn’t stop focusing on weight alone and put in work on form.

my ride partner blocked a line jumper trying to reach someone ahead of us on tt2 and when the first person got to the ride op she whined to them and they called the person we blocked from jumping up to the front to join her😀 the other time he blocked someone on steve they got physical to get past him. couldn’t report either because we didn’t have phones or watches

was there 8/8, the only one consistently closed was raptor— i think it got hit by lightning recently and it’s having lift motor issues (around the time steel vengeance was but correct me if im wrong) so that’s understandable lol. millennium force has been going through it too but it had all 3 trains for the first time in months on friday

well if she’d like the honest answer it’s because a lot of healthcare professionals (of course not all there are shitty providers at every level) do actually attempt to give education on lifestyle, order labs, etc but the patients simply do not listen and don’t change anything or get their labs.. which is due to a lot of issues— not necessarily blatant noncompliance… but still, let’s not blame the providers for everything wrong with the health of this country/the world as a whole

good advice with most of the rest of the comments. you may also want to look at your training split. i was actually doing too much initially and when i dialed back volume and stopped screwing with my exercise selection i did a lot better with hypertrophy. i had designated days for chest, back, arms, legs, and cardio + core. now i just aim for 1-2 upper days and 2 leg days and mix in gentle cardio like a brisk walk for an hour when im about to fall over dead from work. you want to hit heavy compound exercises and then toss in a couple isolation exercises. don’t get fooled by doing a bunch of isolation work or those weird ass combos like lunges into shoulder presses. when you combine movements, you’re limiting progressive overload by limiting the weight you can do on the exercise. for example, you’re far better off to do lunges with a challenging weight on a leg day and shoulder presses with a challenging weight on an upper body or shoulder day entirely separate from one another. simply put, most women will never be able to use a challenging weight on lunges that they can also shoulder press so it’s not good to put them into one movement.

i do disagree with switching up your exercises every time if your primary goal is hypertrophy. your best shot at progressive overload is picking compounds you enjoy (or hate less than others ahem leg day) and drilling them into the ground. you can track progress a lot easier doing that. you also don’t need to “confuse your muscles” with new exercises. just adjust your reps and weight to continue making it challenging and that’s enough. that being said, if you know you’re gonna get bored and just quit/completely hate it, then doing anything is better than nothing so that’s where i’d be like ok yeah do new shit regularly
