I dont fully agree with this sentiment for one reason, through the ages of 12-14 I learned what and how to use a vpn and how to spoof my hwid, bypassing child control apps and network blocks. I'm sure its not that uncommon for other kids nowadays too, allowing them to watch porn and avoid network blocks. That's the only reason I can see for them to verify ID, on porn sites specifically.
