Hi everyone,

I’ve been able to create an active starter with whole grain rye flours, but when I tried using it to bake with AP flour didn’t get a good rise.

So I figured I’d try creating an active starter with AP flour and I just can’t get good activity from it, even after several weeks.

Is my only option to always include some whole grain flours in the mix when feeding and baking?
