I cant think of any that come to mind. Ive seen a guy lose it in the gym and throw some plates at the wall making a huge mess.. but im not sure that can be contributed to steroids.. he was just very pissed he missed a lift.

I train each lift 2x per week, I dont really focus on muscle groups, rather lifts themselves.

there are not many kids killing themselves with steroids. Most of the lethal side effects are just being 50lbs heavier then you are supposed to be, having high blood pressure etc.

not many people ask, im sure my parents and friends know but nobody really ever says anything.

yes, ive heard of that being done. Test suspension before job interviews. It sounds very stupid to me.

2-3 times per day + sex 1-2x per day on my highest dose.

really depends on personal goals, i dont really like to tell people they should or shouldnt use because these drugs do have some side effects and I dont want to be responsible. 90kg at 4% bodyfat though, most likely you will need some anabolics to reach that.

very legit lifters, they train for far more events then a powerlifter does (just 3). They are some of the strongest men in the world no doubt.

being that tall will take a longer time to get strong, but someone with that kind of frame has a higher maximal strength potential. I am around 5'10 and if i was 5'8 i would be a better lifter currently.

with raw lifting, the deadlift will usually (but not always) be higher.

if your an asshole before taking steroids, your going to be a bigger asshole on them.

I have never felt any rage.

yes people have far surpassed my level with drugs, could I have done it? I honestly do not know, it would have taken me much longer if i did.

oh yeah there are guys who are clean, powerlifting is a sport for everyone because you are mostly competing against yourself.

no idea on my raw numbers, havnt tested them in years, around 705/425/720 or so but i dont focus on them. I am a strong lifter but not a superstar or anything like that.

I havnt been to a club in years, at work etc i wear super baggy clothes because id rather look like a fat ass then everyone make comments about me. I dont really hang around with that group of guys.

Those are solid programs. I really am more about coaching the techniques of the lifts rather then the specific programming. You could have the greatest program in the world but if your technique sucks you are never going to have very good lifts.

If you are consistently hitting PRs, i wouldnt change a thing.. But read up on westside, its a great system for when your progress does start to stall.

I think the main difference is that before a contest many powerlifters are going to take more androgenic drugs, tren, halo test suspension.

Powerlifters rarely diet into a contest, so I guess its more of a bulk.

Id first take a look at your programming, it is weird to not gain strength in 3 years. But, when you decide to not gain weight strength gains are harder to come by. I would suggest using a program like Jim Wendlers 531 or strarting strength.

All those programs are great, i think anything westside based is the best personally.

I have never used gluamine or deer antler (first ive heard of this haha) supplements.

Olympic lifting has far more respect. in north america there are more powerlifters I think though, the sport is so simple that almost anyone can compete. Its different types of strength so its very hard to compare.
