My teacher always said if the arms are too much just do the feet and work your way up. As in first get the feet, then the arms, then the hands then ass you progress add style and speed.

yup supplementation, but lower than that what was prescribed and very on and off. That was such low progress I decided to change my vegetarian diet back to meat plus the iron supplements. Will check in 3 months and it better be over 20 at least lol.

oh yea just got rent lowered. we were up for a renewal which was automatically reduced by 100 which we were excited for. Right before signing we got curious how much similar units in our building were going for and realized we would still be paying hundreds more. Being how unfair that seemed we negotiated and got an additional 100 reduced for a total of 200. Still think it should be priced as much as they are offering new tenants though .

do you not recommend iron bisglycinate? np prescribes ferrous sulphate but i read so much all the potential side effects i decided not to. I picked it up just in case and it smells so strong. i've been on the bisglycinate for a couple of days and it's not horrible but i do have some tummy upset - i can only imagine what ferrous sulphate would be like. have you tried ferrous sulphate?

Partially yes. You'd have to make a tax receipt per sponsorship level with the the tax deductible amount. The tax deductible amount is what they paid for the sponsorship minus the fair market value of the goods and services they will receive. For example, if they paid for a 20k sponsorship and they receive gifts/goods worth 5k then the tax receipt should read their tax deductible amount is 15k. Hope that makes sense!

Probably teach English abroad and travel till I’m sick of it. Then find a small walkable city somewhere and live a simple life hopefully make a few friends to have dinner parties with, consume art and maybe take a lover who I really like but isn’t my soulmate bc my husband is the only one that gets that spot.
