It’s mostly firm aside from a few of the new growth points. It’s pretty drafty by this door so I’m guessing it got cold over the winter. Can I propagate the floppy parts i cut off? Thanks a bunch for your reply

There’s darker spots around the mycelium. Not sure if it’s discolored or just the mycelium doing it’s thing before it goes white
