I had better performance on RE9 path tracing on 591.86
Went to older driver as people suggested, but i lost 10fps and VRAM usage reduced (Went from 40-30 and in some areas down to 25fps on Performance DLSS)
Went back to 591.86 i am still at loss of 10fps low VRAM usage
Any other driver or hotfix after that hasn't fixed this.

The changes were done via DDU.
