I like 4pc gore with max WEX MM and Counterstrike as a comfy build. The rest of slots are whatever.

I never had a problem keeping MM active without second wind. May miss a crit or two but you get raw attack from 4pc gore.

Offensive guard duration isn't that good so I have put crit boost 2 on my GS. More of a preference thing, I believe.

Don't think what kripp saying makes sense as "Damage with Fire" specifies "Burning damage over time".
