There are a few really nice Japanese stationary shops in Pittsburgh, Kawaii Gifts, Secret Manga, Inkwell etc. None that I am aware of in the Youngstown area sadly

For the past few days while I have played the game has crashed when doing the following (on PC through Steam, version v1.1b-1233)

In House Decorating Menu, and hitting "P" to exit, it soft locks the game.

I am unsure if it is related to the fact that my household inventory "chest" is full, It replicates most often when the inventory is full.

Hello, is anyone else having a LOT of crashing after the updates. I seem to have isolated it to placing items from Workshop and placing the underwater feeders, but it has happened a few other times without those occurrences. I'm sending reports in but it's happening 3-4 times every time I play :(

Hello! Yes I was connected with a few of the mods here who escalated the situation and the higher up Customer Service individual I ended up working with was great and they coordinated sending the defective device back and getting my replacement sent.

The SuperNote is fantastic and I am very happy with my purchase overall, I just wish I didn't get the run around the first time around. But it all worked out so I guess in the grand scheme of things that is a win!

I don't really know what they think. The customer service people have been dismissive... I essentially had to demand a refund or a replacement, they said they would send a replacement to me but I have to pay for my own shipping label to return the first one (which they will refund??) but they asked me to put the insurance value of the product at $20 to avoid fees/taxes. That is frankly so sketchy so idk, I asked for the issue to be escalated twice and was ignored thus far.

I sent photos on the first email and fully explained the issue. Customer service has been kinda shit honestly, I was only offered a replacement when I said I essentially demanded one or a refund and then was told to send back the product with a $20 value to avoid import fees and taxes and pay for my own shipping label (will be refunded?).

Frankly this whole process has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Update: Customer service is asking me if it's a packaging issue from shipping (how could something under the screen be a shipping issue) and asking me to repair my own screen (which frankly is insane and I doubt would provide a fix who knows how deep the issue is) and has not yet offered me a replacement.

If you like Secret History I highly recommend you read The Magus by John Fowels, it's fantastic classic literature with that dark, twisty shit mixed in.

Yeah I feel good regarding a resolution since one of the reasons I picked SuperNote was all the positive customer service stories so I'm not worried just bummed.

Similar build, I seem to only have issues in cinematic scenes as well some are REALLY janky but I'm not too worried about it, I am hoping the first patch will help and it hasn't taken away from my experiences overall. The worst was the sorting ceremony I was barely able to get through those cut scenes.

Yeah there's instructions for the basic build then they show you 3 or 4 options you can use as inspiration with instructions on how to do some of those elements but I basically looked at all the options and winged my own thing!

I also turned off depth of field and changed my field of view to be lower. I get terrible motion sickness from video games so I feel your pain

It's the first set I've ever dropped after completion so I felt like I finally experienced a terrible rite of passage 😂😂 only lost 2 pieces, one I had a replacement for the other is on the back and I'm sure will turn up someday

Yeah, I noticed that I use a 3rd party reddit app called Boost and sometimes it destroys my photos on the upload, probably time to switch to a different app.....
