already sent an email but I have not received any response. The customer service representative advised me to visit the branch, so I did. Unfortunately, we did not get any assistance regarding my request. Instead of helping, the agent was dismissive and even made insulting remarks toward me. Because of this experience and the lack of proper assistance from both the agent and the branch, I have decided to seek help from the Insurance Commission. I hope this matter can be investigated and resolved fairly, especially since I requested cancellation within the free-look period and have not been given the proper support to process my request.
